Family Vacation

Friday Morning we headed up north to spend the weekend with the Guzman's. We spent friday afternoon here....

We all had a great time. Saturday we went to Temple Square we were able to watch the Joseph Smith Movie. My older boys had seen it but the younger 3 and Chris and I had not. I loved the movie and was glad that we were able to watch it.

Saturday the boys and Lily headed over to the Real Soccer game. ALL my boys including Chris are huge Soccer fans so they were so excited to go. This is their third time going and they love it each time. They all got Jerseys signed by one of the players. Saturday night after they got back from the game was not so fun. Em started throwing up, Kaige had a high fever (which come to find out he had at the game) he had chills, and a sore throat and Slatin had a nasty sore throat. So Saturday Night not so fun, luckily the ride home Sunday wasn't quite so bad and all but Slatin have recovered. It was a nice mini vacation. Life has been so busy even though it is summer so it was nice to get away from it all.

Summer Games

Last week we spent wed thru Saturday running back and forth to Cedar for Summer Games. Slatin and Kaige both played and after 9 games both boys came home with a bronze medal.

Kaige plays Goalie and as much as I HATE him in the goal he rocks it. I would like to see him on the field more because he is a fierce defender but he is fearless in the goal.

Slatin's Team. Slatin plays defender, forward and goalie and rocks them all. He never gives up,he is the smallest and youngest on his team.

Chris, Ryker and Jaxton were at scout camp all last week and had a really good time. Glad to have everyone home for a while.
