Happy Birthday Ellie. You are a peach. I hope you realize how lucky you are to marry into such a great family LOL. We are lucky Taylor married you, you have to put up with so much from him and the sistas. Hope you have a happy day.

Rough

These last couple of days have been really rough for Emerson. It started out Friday late afternoon with her complaining of a toothache. All weekend long she was in pain up all night crying that her tooth hurt. I called and got an appointment for Monday afternoon over in Hurricane. I took her in and she had a meltdown (which I don't understand because she has been to the dentist and had work done before) he tried working on her tooth and she would have nothing to do with him. He referred me to a children's dentist and said that they would see her now if I ran her over (By now it is close to 6) I take her down and they do an xray and she is so upset so they told me to bring her down today and they would sedate her and work on her. I had to be back to St. George at 6:30a.m. so they could start working on her. It didn't help that the power went out at about 2 this morning. While she was under they ended up fixing all the teeth that had any problems so that we don't have to (cross fingers) do it again. She had alot of teeth that had problems. All my kids have really soft teeth and it seems like we spend a lot of time at the dentist. Hopefully for her she is done. They ended up pulling her tooth and putting in a spacer. The tooth had a cavitiy clear to the bone, no wonder she was in so much pain. At first when this was all happening last night I was so overwhelmed with trying to get her to both dentist and dealing with one hurt little girl and figuring out things with kids at home and trying to figure out how to get kids taken care of in the morning because I would be gone and Chris is out of town. But I have such wonderful family and friends who really helped me out this morning. It made leaving this morning with kids at home and no power so much easier and being able to focus on Emerson. My heart is full of gratitude for the love my family and friends have for my family and for the love I have for them. Thanks so much for all your help and concern. It probably dosen't seem like a big deal to most people, just a dentist appointment, but to me it was big and meant so much to me to those who reached out.

Emerson

Today Emerson told me she wanted to take a jar and her music and sit outside and have people put money in her jar and pay her to sing to them. She would have one of her friends be her roducer (producer) she cracks me up. I told her that she should just set outside and sing to people for free. So she did.

WINTERFEST

Tonight was LaVerkins Winterfest. Every year Rayn and I have put a float in the parade and this year we didn't. I felt so guilty and bad but I just didn't have time to put one together. It was still fun. Chris is out of town so I took the kids and we did the Jingle Bell run. I ran in to Rayn so I did the Jingle Bell run with her. The kids and I had put our names in a drawing and we came away with a Winterfest sweatshirt and 2 Winterfest T-shirts. Not too bad. Emerson had a fun time walking with Aidan and Aidan's Grandma Becky. We watched the parade and had a great time.

Sunday Fun

Today for Sunday Fun Slatin and Emerson found a box and decided to push each other down the basement stairs. It entertained them for awhile. What fun you can have with a box.
We had a great and busy week. Thanksgiving Day we spent with Chris's second MOM Jill and her family along with Chris's Mom and Dad. It was really fun. It was soooo nice to visit with them. I felt so comfortable over there and had a great time. I hate being out of my comfort zone and stress going to other homes for different things. Not the case here we really had a great time. THANKS JILL AND FAMILY FOR HAVING US.
Later that night we went over to my family's house and visited with family. Friday Morning Chris and I got up and went to the temple. It was nice to spend time with my hubby. Later that night we grabbed Summer and some Pizza and went and shot hoops at the church. Chris gave Jaxton and Kaige some tips for basketball and Summer and I had races with wiggle cars. I hate to say this but she won. I even cheated and she won how sad is that.
Saturday we met some of my family and went to the movies and then that night we had the Beatty Christmas Party. I always have fun at the Beatty Christmas party. Good times other than having one of the boys decide my chest was a pin cushion and needed to poke me. UMM not cool. This week was really nice to enjoy our own family and extended family.
