Fave Room... My living room. From there I can see all the rooms and know (i hope) what is going on in them. I think my family is expecting me to say my storage room and that would have to be my second room j/k

Fave Household chore...Re arranging. I am sure most of you don't know that I love to change things whether it is furniture or even rooms. I love change. My kids can attest to that.

We had Family Home Evening last night so we could do it with Chris before he left again. We played games with the kids and had a good time. I have this coffee table that friends gave us that is a chest. I decided to put Ryker in it (because Chris or I couldn't fit, we tried) to scare the other kids before we started. The younger 3 get really scared and are also always trying to scare me so I thought it only fair to payback. It did scare them but not like it would have if Chris or I was in it. We had fun spending time with them. They tend to take after the Gubler and Beatty side with sarcasm (not that the Steglich side isn't guilty of sarcasm, Chris is pretty good at dishing it out but I do have to say Beattys win) and I seem to be on the recieving end of it.

Love Ya Uncle Kris

I have great Uncles and I love them all, but I do have one Uncle that I love to give a hard time to. So last night my sister and I played a little joke on him. If you run into Uncle Edward I mean Uncle Kris (gubler) just call him Clutch he will love it.


Yesterday we had some friends drop off some tomatoes to us. I made up a batch of tomato Juice and I am hoping to get another batch off the rest. I have been wanting to build up my tomato juice and was so happy when they called to tell us they were bringing some by. Thanks so much.

This week I was able to bottle 25 quarts of peaches bringing my total to 49. Only 26 more quarts to go.

Kittens anyone

At the first of the year we let Ryker and Jaxton get 2 cats. Not checking to make sure we were getting boys, we ended up with 2 girls who after a few months both became pregnant. We ended up with 9 cats total. We are now down to 5 which is 5 too many. The kids all love them so Mom puts up with them all. Emerson loves to mother them.

Long Lost husband returns

Chris came into town a couple of days earlier than usual. It is going to be nice to have him home during the week instead of just the weekend. Course he heads back out on Monday. But we will take what we can get.
He loves getting his picture taken. That must be where the older boys get it from.

And of course I have to put a picture on of the emster.
