Fireplace

This is what Chris has been working on the last couple of weeks and we are almost done. Today we are putting in the hearth and tile and then hopefully we can get the stove put in and hooked up. Putting cultured stone in has really been a blessing. Chris was able to trade out wood we had for some of the stone and the rest a friend from work gave him. When we were pricing it out it would have cost us almost $2000 for the wall. Things really fell into place. The hearth we were given and the tile as well. It is going to look so nice. Chris is going to finish the ends off with Aspen and we are going to have wood along the bottom concrete walls. I can't wait to have a finished family room and especially a fire place. Next up, getting wood. Having 4 boys will come in handy.

It looks like Chris has been a busy guy! How exciting to have all of it done, and just sit back and enjoy it! Ha ha ha you sit back and enjoy. You will be onto the next project!

Ence Family

That really looks nice! It looks exactly like what we did in our basement when we lived in Colorado. Hard pricey work working with culture stone! You were lucky though to trade work. We bought ours and did the work ourselves. It looks great!!

The Moore Family

It looks so nice. Chris did a great job. Can't wait to see it completely done.
