What I have been doing all Summer Long

This summer we have been focusing on building up our food storage. It has been alot of work but so worth it. I have bottled and pressure cooked like crazy but it is so rewarding to go down and look at what we have done. We have taken advantage of the stakes canner to can #10 cans. I think I have become a little obssesive about it. It is a comforting thought to know we becoming prepared.
